Percolate Recruiting Strategy and Branding
The Challenge
Percolate's recruiting team was struggling to attract qualified candidates. Tech talent was in high demand, and our recruiting department was falling short.
The Solution
My team stepped in to help tell a more engaging story about Percolate's culture. We revamped the recruiting section of our website, and created human-centered promotional materials like the above video, to tell an authentic story about the experience of working at Percolate. Our efforts increased application rates by 26%.
My Role
I created the initial concept for the video centered around employees telling their own stories in an interview format. I directed the entire project through production and post production, hiring a small team of videographers, production assistants, and editors to assist where necessary. This project was a logistical challenge, conducting multiple shoots across two offices in San Francisco and New York, and I coordinated all of those logistics.
